Good things come to those who journal. And you deserve them.

There's No One-Size-Fits-All When It Comes to Journaling

That might be why you're struggling.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated because journaling seems easy, but feels so hard, you aren’t alone.Lots of people struggle with it - even those super smart go-getters who seem to have it all put together.
Maybe you’ve heard yourself say something like:
"I just don’t really get journaling."
"I’ve tried journaling and it doesn’t do anything for me."
"Whenever I journal, I just feel worse about my life."
"Everyone else seems to have figured it out, there must be something wrong with me."
There is nothing wrong with you! There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to journaling, and you just haven’t found what works for you yet.
But you will!
I've seen it happen time and time again!

I Didn't Mean to Help People Journal

When I started showing up and talking about journaling, I assumed that everyone knew how to journal.
But it didn’t take long for me to figure out that wasn’t true.
“Can you tell me everything about how you journal? I’ve never heard anyone talk about journaling the way you talk about journaling.”“I just don’t get gratitude journaling. I just make a list of what I’m grateful for? I think I’m missing something because that doesn’t do it for me.”“I want to journal. I’ve tried journaling. But I just can’t be consistent, no matter what I do.”“I know I’d get a lot out of journaling, but I can’t do it alone. I want to be accountable to someone else.”I quickly saw that what came intuitively to me was my gift to share with the world.Nothing jazzes me more than seeing the way someone’s eyes light up when they finally get it, when they find what works for them,
When they understand how they can use journaling to move their lives forward.
The world gets a little better with each person who picks up their pen and starts journaling.
That’s why I do this work.
Because good things come to those who journal.
And you deserve them.
